"The card of sympathy you sent me was so typical of the care you have
always shown. Since the first time I walked into your hospital, I felt
at home, I felt confident of your expertise, and I particularly felt the
gentleness and thoughtfulness you so freely give. It has not mattered
whether it was for my animals or for me; you have taken good care of us.
I wish I could tell you how truly special you all are and how much your
kindness has meant to me. To just come in for my hugs is something I
especially treasure. I know I will see you again. When I am able
to adopt another dog, I will bring him to you so that this one will know how
much you care for both the two-footed and four-footed creatures! Thank
you again for your thoughtfulness."

"We think the
doctors and the staff are just the best at
everything they do. The staff has tremendous respect and compassion for
all our little four-legged friends. They treat us like family.
We've had pets with very serious health issues. Most recently we began
hydrotherapy and laser therapy for "Missy" and it changed her
life. She had severe arthritis and was in a great deal of pain, but after
therapy she was dancing around like a youngster. Everyone here is terrific." |

We think the world of
Dr. Johnson. Everyone at Northwest Animal Care has been so helpful
and made us feel like friends. I really like the fact that the
hospital is so open and I can visit my pets any time I want if they need
to stay. Other hospitals don't want you in the back. They have
a really clean, well-kept facility and we just love coming here." |

care and appreciate the level of knowledge from the Doctors and the
staff. The Doctors there have at times gone above and beyond to help
my pets in an emergency. They have really been there for me when

love the boarding facility. They go crazy when they see your

"I would never go
anyplace else. The Doctors and staff here are just so good at what
they do. Lola had surgery on both knees then gained a great deal of
weight. She's been undergoing hydrotherapy sessions and has lost nearly 20% of her body weight and feels so much
better. The staff here really care about the people and their
pets. They've taken care of my pets for regular visits and I love
the way they've handled things in emergencies. They have really been there
for us." |
